Phytocoeteopsis ramunni has 96 tentacles organized into five cycles. The base is typically diminished and physa-like, with no ectodermal cinclides. The scapus is long and thick, resembling a worm below and broad above. The column is smooth and thin, featuring a narrow capitulum.
