Description:
The posterior edge of the skull is straight laterally. The posterior nostril is diagonally or longitudinally elongated. The posterior portion of the lateral line runs very close to the dorsal fin base. Both lips have large branched fimbriate ridges cirri. In terms of color, the body is canary yellow with buff brown markings along the sides, enclosing pure white round or oval spots. Some spots of the same white color are also present on the pectoral and dorsal fins, with a dark bar across the caudal and pectoral fins.
