Description:
The physical characteristics of this plant include a dichromatic, filiform, strap compressed, or tubular thallus. There were lots of branches close to the base, but not many proliferations. In the younger portion of the branch, cells were arranged longitudinally, whereas in the older portion, they were disorganized. Each cell contains one or two pyrenoids within a cap-like parietal chloroplast. Thalli 1-8 mm wide, 5-10 cm high. The color is light green to green.
