Description:
The gastric groove is shallow and shaped like the letter H. The front of the carapace is broad and has a multi-toothed margin. The frontal lobe spines of the carapace are low, rounded, and have shallow spaces between them. The anterolateral spines of the carapace are broad and have a convex outer side. The carpus of the cheliped does not have two obvious spines on the distal half of the outer margin. The chelipeds, legs, and abdomen of both sexes do not have obvious polygonal or marble-like patterning.
