Description:
The body of Phytocoetes gangeticus is elongated. The column is smooth and elongated, featuring rows of longitudinal cinclides. The basal disc is narrow and resembles a physa. There are 36 tentacles that are simple in structure. The sphincter is not visible on the anterior surface.
