Description:
Colonies exhibit a columnar, club-shaped, and/or laminar structure with the potential to form colonies spanning several meters or extensive stands of a single species. The columns divide but do not merge. Corallites possess thick walls and clear definition. The septo-costae come in two markedly distinct orders. Columellae are either short or nonexistent.Coloration: Consistently pale grey, cream, or brown.
