Description:
The umbones are anterior to the middle of the shell. The ventral margin is broadly rounded. The lunule is lanceolate. The outer surface of the shell is smooth, glossy, and has fine, slightly oblique, undulating grooves crossing the shallow concentric growth marks. The hinge is narrow and has 3 cardinal teeth, without the lateral teeth. The internal margin of the shell is smooth. The outside of the shell is cream to light mauve, with a net-like pattern of tan zigzag lines.
