Description:
Colony structure ranges from submassive to encrusting, occasionally forming irregular columns with dimensions commonly exceeding 1 meter. Corallites feature thin walls and an angular shape. There are few septa present. Paliform lobes are well developed often creating a noticeable crown. The coloration is frequently vibrant with shades of brown or red and the oral discs often display a green hue.
