Description:
The body and head are red, with the ventral side being a lighter shade. The central part of the inner chest surface is elongated and blue . Both the throat and breast are covered with scales, and the dorsal fin has 9 spines and 14 rays. A dark black spot appears on the front part of the dorsal fin, while the rear part lacks any spot. The pectoral fin is long, finger-like, and extends to the base of the anal fin, with 11 rays and 3 free rays. A smaller blue spot can be seen in the middle of the inner side of the pectoral fin. The head is 2.5 times longer than the snout and 3.2 times the eye diameter. There are 60 scales along the lateral line.
