Description:
Shell medium, elongate, solid. Apex pointed. Spire long, 6-7 flat whorls and clear suture; body whorl flat, depressed. Aperture elongate, outer lip thick without denticles, columella with 4 oblique folds: distinct, broad siphonal canal. Obscure anterior spiral grooves. Colour: light to deep brown surface; aperture, lips, columella and siphonal canal white (Abbott and Dance, 2000).
