Description:
It’s an erect, rather velvety, spongy marine plant that has forks. Internally, the thallus is made up of interconnecting filaments that terminate in structures resembling clubs that house the reproductive organs and chloroplasts. Within filaments, cross-walls are absent. varying in height from 10 to 40 cm. Verdant algae.
