Description:
The body is elongated but small and lacks scales. The snout profile is oblique and the interorbital space is slightly concave. Rays of the dorsal fin and anal fin are segmented and the caudal fin rays are unbranched. A post-temporal cirrus is present. The body is yellowish, featuring a broad dark band along the head and the lateral side. Above the dark band on the head and body, there are black dots. Dorsal fin base has dotted lines and black dots on the fin. The caudal fin is yellowish and lacks any dots.
