Description:
Fin Formula: D-VIII, 9; P1-16; P2-I, 5; A-I, 7; LLp-35. Branchiostegal Rays: 3. Colour of body pale yellowish to greenish dorsally, shading to whitish or pink ventrally, with a yellow stripe edged in pale blue from eye to base of caudal fin. Body moderately elongate.Mouth low on head. Chin with two slender barbels. Second dorsal and anal fins lacking scaled area. Scales finely ctenoid.
