Description:
Shell large, solid, thick and spindle-shaped. Spire small; apex pointed; 4-6 whorls with distinct sutures. Shoulder flat with blunt edges. Body whorl large, rounded and covered by numerous obscure spiral ribs. Peristome velvety. Aperture wide, elongate with long, broad and deep anterior siphonal canal; outer lip thick without denticles; columella with 3-4 distinct and large folds or ridges.
