Description:
Shell small, inflated, trigonal, ovately subquardate, angulate posteriorly, rounded anteriorly. Sculptured by 20 radial ribs, crenately imbricated, nearly excavate interstices. Inner margin crenulated, surface smooth. Hinge with 3 cardinal teeth, without lateral teeth. Colour: whitish, tinged with rust-brown and umbonal region violet.
