Description:
Shell small, solid and ovately fusiform. Spire large with nodules on the whorls; suture obscure. Body whorl large, with 8 bands; shoulder moderately flat with some nodules. Aperture narrowly ovate; outer lip thick with 7 to 8 teeth: inner lip smooth; columella with folds; siphonal canal deep and long. Colour: body surface yellowish-creamy to creamy with dark brown radial bands. Aperture, lips and columella are white.
