Description:
It is reddish-orange to red in color. The pereopods and pleopods are also reddish-orange to red. The antennae are uniformly red. The antennular flagella are lamellate. They form a respirator tube, which is used to breathe. The rostrum is short that has 8-10 teeth. The carapace has 3 postrostral teeth and 1 epigastric tooth. The telson does not have a pair of subapical fixed spines.
