Description:
The plant exhibits sub dichotomously or sparsely alternating branches. Gulf material has 4-5 cell layers and a thicker transaction (from cavity to cortex). The tips of the cylindrical, unevenly branching axes resemble antlers in certain ways. There are sporadic, colorless hairs all over the thallus surface. It is 2 mm wide and 15 cm tall. Thalli has a golden brown hue.
