The shell is diminutive and delicate, taking on an elongated-oval to cylindrical-oval shape. It features an elevated and pointed spire and consists of approximately 6 whorls, with the suture being less pronounced. The external surface is adorned with a multitude of finely grooved spiral lines, typically numbering 20 to 25 on the body whorl. The aperture is elongated, widening towards the front, and the interior is smooth. The columella is calloused and displays two folds towards the front and a small fold above them. The body surface appears in shades of white or creamy-white, embellished with small, square-shaped spots in dark reddish-brown, arranged in longitudinal stripes or crosswise bands.
