Description:
The angelfish is characterized by its dusky brownish-green coloration, featuring a paler yellowish-green midsection adorned with blue spots. The rear of the body displays yellowish spots, and the fins have blue margins, complemented by pale yellow lips. Juveniles exhibit a different appearance with a dark blue hue, marked by narrow electric blue and white curved bars, blue fin margins, and the absence of concentric rings.
