Description:
Shell small, solid, heavy and ovate; apex pointed. Outer surface with conspicuous spiral ribs and obscure axial varices on the entire body surface. Spire short and straight conical; 3-4 whorls and suture shallow. Body whorl medium with a rounded shoulder. Aperture narrow, elongate ovate; thick outer lip with 10 to 12 teeth; inner lip with spiral ribs; columella with ridge; anterior siphonal canal short and broad, posterior canal obscure.
