Description:
The crab’s carapace is about 2.5 times as wide as it is long, and has an uneven surface. The chelipeds are asymmetrical, with the right claw being slightly heavier than the left claw. The merus has 3 spines on the anterior border (front edge) and 2 spines on the posterior border. The carpus has an exterior tooth.
