The coloration is a combination of greyish brown on the outside and white on the inner part. The shell is sturdy and comprises 12-13 whorls. The suture is clearly defined. The aperture is elongated and ovate, with the outer lip and inner lip meeting at a point beyond the shell’s surface. There’s a shallow and short hollow in the siphonal sinus, and the outer lip arches over this sinus. The shell’s sculptural pattern includes rounded, somewhat rectangular, and closely spaced axial nodules, with three present on each whorl.
