Description:
The carapace and abdomen of this crustacean are smooth and hairless. The rostrum is more or less straight and has 7 or 8 dorsal teeth and 3 ventral teeth. The antennae have white and red transverse stripes running across them. The adrostral carina extends well beyond the epigastric tooth
