Description:
It has a smooth skin and a pale yellow body with dark brown stripes that run from the top to the middle of its shell. The shell has clear ridges and grooves but no lines or cuts. There are nine teeth on its back, three on its shell and one on its underside. The male shrimp puts a large, wing-shaped thing on the female crab’s underside. The tail has three sets of moving spines on the sides. The eyes are black-brown. The legs are white or yellow, and the swimmerets are yellow or red with brown and white spots at the base.
