Description:
The rostrum has 9 to 11 teeth on the dorsal margin and 1 tooth on the ventral margin. The gastrofrontal groove is bifurcated, meaning it splits into two branches. The first leg does not have an ischial spine. The petasma of males has short distomedian projections. The telson does not have lateral spines. The body is pale yellowish with red-brown to brown transverse bands.
