Description:
Colonies take the form of thick plates or hemispheres. Valleys typically run perpendicular to the plate margins and curve sinuously towards the colony center. They are characterized by being short, broad (up to 20 mm), V-shaped and possessing sharp upper margins. Columellae are somewhat underdeveloped. The coloration consists of greenish- or yellowish-brown walls with valley floors in shades of yellow, green or pink.
