Description:
Colonies have an encrusting growth form, expanding to just a few centimeters in width. The corallites resemble those of a small Montastraca, maintaining a consistent size and close arrangement. Alternating between long and short, the septa are well-compacted. Paliform lobes are notably well-developed. Occasionally, tentacles may extend during the daytime.
