Description:
In females, the first antennae extend up to the end of the third prosome segment. The genital segment is almost as long as the combined length of the next two segments.In contrast, males have modified first antennae that serve as grasping structures. This species is likely carnivorous, primarily feeding on motile phytoplankton and microzooplankton.The size range for this species is as follows: females typically measure between 0.4 to 0.6 mm in total length, while males also fall within the same size range of 0.4 to 0.6 mm in total length.
