Description:
Shell small, ovately conical. Spire sharp, 3-4 whorls with many nodules, overlapping at the distinct suture; apex pointed. Body whorl large, inflated with large axial ribs and anterior spiral grooves. Aperture ovate, 6-8 denate outer lips with back side varix; inner lip smooth; columella calloused with 5-6 denticles; siphonal canal deep and distinct. Color: Exterior yellowish white with broad chestnut brown spiral bands also seen through aperture. Aperture, lips and columella creamy white.
