Description:
The head has a rectangular shape with two small rounded papillae at the rear upper corners. There are two small black eyes just near the straight front margin. The pharynx is equipped with 14 rows of papillae, typically containing 3 to 5 papillae in each row. Blades of the setae are narrower and more consistent in size. A well-developed branchia is found on the 6th foot, while the 5th foot has a very small one, and they abruptly stop appearing on the 20th to 23rd feet. The ventral cirrus is quite small, and the dorsal cirrus is represented only by a small lobe on the upper side of the base of the branchia. The vascular system of the foot forms a double loop. Abranchiate feet are large, deeply bilobed, with large and widely divergent conical lobes. The anus is situated at the terminal end and is accompanied by a single cirrus.
