Description:
The rostrum is straight and has an epigastric tooth. The telson is unarmed. In males, the petasma has long, slender, horn-like projections. In females, the front plate of thelycum is subquadrate. The body is usually grey in color, and the rostrum and postrostral crest are dark brown
