The shell is of moderate size and dense, taking on a cone-shaped form with an upright spire. Each whorl’s perimeter is adorned with sawtooth-like spines that curve slightly upward. The base is level and features spiral, concentric lines. The apex of the spire is not extremely pointed. The aperture is relatively large in comparison to the body, and it is concealed by the base. Both the outer lip and the columella are smooth. The exterior surface of the shell is creamy-white, while the interior has a silvery hue.
