The somatocyst has a club-shaped form, tilting toward the ventral wall of the nectophore. The hydroecium features a shallow conical depression situated at the level of the ostium. The mouth-plates are small, rounded, divided, and overlapping, with ridges resembling those in the anterior nectophore. The pedicular canal enters the nectosac nearly at the apex. A small tooth is present at the apex of the right hydroecial fold. The hydroecium is shallow, open, and grooved, while the mouth-plate is small, undivided, and rounded in shape. The sexes are separate in the eudoxid phase.
