Description:
The shrimp has a long, slightly curved beak-like projection on its head. There is no crest between the postantennal crest and the dorsal margin of the carapace. A middorsal abdominal crest is present from the third to fifth segments. There is a conspicuous, elevated, sharp tooth at the middle of the dorsal crest of the third segment.
