The coloration is a yellowish-white shade, featuring broad, circular, purple spots on the sides, typically with about five encircling the feet. The prostomium is small and forms a blunt cone, lacking eyes, tentacles, or any protrusions. The mouth is wide. The proboscis is always extended, covered by a soft, cylindrical, transparent membrane and does not have any papillae, but it does possess two thin, curved chitinous jaws that are connected on both sides. The first five segments are swollen and marked with polygonal patterns, while the subsequent segments have a beaded appearance. The feet are composed of a blunt, cylindrical, setigerous lobe with a small ventral cirrus, and the dorsal ramus is rudimentary, usually bearing 1-2 simple setae and an aciculum.
