Description:
The colonies can be massive, hemispherical or columnar, frequently exceeding a meter in width. Corallites exhibit only slight angularity that are characterized by thick and rounded walls. Septa display irregular lengths, tapering from the wall to small columellae with thick paliform lobes. The coloration is consistently uniform in cream or brown with occasional instances of orange centers.
