The pneumatophore of Forskalia leuckarti is small and slender. It supports up to four gonodendra situated between the two gastrozooids, positioned at the bases of single pedunculate palpons. The female gonodendron is notably larger than the male gonodendron and possesses a high degree of contractility. It bifurcates at the distal end, with each branch carrying clusters of numerous medusoid female gonophores at various stages of growth. On the other hand, the male gonodendron features a short stalk and bears fewer, long, oval-shaped, medusoid gonophores with elongated pedicels. The bracts are numerous and overlap, resembling tiles on a roof. Their shape and size vary according to their position. There are four or five bracts located near the cormidia, and they take on a leaf-like shape, enveloping the bases of the peduncles.
