Description:
Shell large, solid, heavy and elongate fusiform. Spire tall; 5 rounded whorls, distinct suture. Body whorl large, shoulder rounded. Body has distinct vertical rib crossed by thinner spiral ribs Aperture : rounded, inner ridges of the outer lip long; siphonal canal long, deep, broad and distinct. Color: exterior creamy with dark yellow to brown spiral bands. Apex white, aperture creamy-white with long brown bands. Size: Average shell length, average shell width, average aperture length, average aperture width is respectively 115mm, 42mm, 62 mm, 28mm.
