Description:
Shell large, rounded, spire low and light weight. Body whorl flat and globose. Sutures not deep; quite distinct sculpture with small ribs. Aperture broad; both lips thin and smooth; outer lip . expanded from the inner lip; siphonal canal short, smooth and broad. Colour: body surface light brown with white bands (approximately 5) ornamented by large blotches. Aperture light violet and columella white.
