Description:
The shell is moderate in size, solid, compressed, thick, and orbicular. The outer surface is white along the distinct growth lines and is sculptured by coarse, narrow concentric thin plate-like ridges. The interior surface is smooth, with muscle scars. The outer margin is circular. The umbones are bent towards the anterior end. The lunule is tiny. The color is white.
