Description:
Shell small, thick, equivalve, laterally compressed, trigonal to wedge-shaped, concentric growth lines crossing with the radial ribs, ventral margin crenulated. Hinge with the two small cardinal teeth, less developed anterior lateral teeth. Pallial sinus deep. Interior smooth. Colour: outer surface white with one shadow band, inner side white.
