Exopodal segment 2 of the fourth leg (P4) exhibits some distinctive features, with both setae on this segment being slightly curved toward their tips. The proximal seta has a serrate flange on the distal one-third of the medial edge, while the distal seta displays a serrate flange on the distal one-fourth. In addition, the proximal seta on endopodal segment 3 is similarly modified, featuring a serrate flange on the distal one-sixth. The genital segment is characterized by a knob near the genital opening, armed with an anterodorsally curved spine. This spine also bears tiny distinct teeth on the posterior margin. Notably, spermatophores are attached ventrally on the genital segment, and a small tubule passes dorsally from the spermatophore. The precise location of the genital opening remains unidentified, but it is possible that it is situated near the termination of the spermatophore tubule. It appears that the tubule empties into a sulcus or groove formed by two ridges of the integument, with these ridges extending dorsally on each side of the armed knob. These intricate details define the reproductive features of this species.
