Description:
The thalli are held upright by a solitary sutures holdfast. There are no stolonoidal fibers. Straps are thin and dichotomously branching, measuring 2-3 mm in width. The surface is always smooth, while the borders are dentate and rarely smooth. There are round apices. The brain and medulla have a single layer throughout. Upton is 8 centimeters high. Iridescence from light brown to yellow green.
