Description:
The interorbit is moderately concave with a depth ranging from 9.1 to 12.5 in head length (HL). The lateral line is either absent or significantly obscured. Typically, the coloration is yellowish-brown on the upper part and light brown on the lower part, featuring small orange spots on the top of the head and back. Dusky, golden spots are present on the pectoral fins with larger ones toward the distal ends.
