Description:
The crab’s carapace is oval-shaped, swollen, and smooth. The setose area on the pterygostomial and subbranchial regions is small. Adult males have one claw greatly enlarged. The merus of the legs is not distinctly lined with stiff setae. The crab is brown to brownish-gray in color.
