The shell is of moderate size and takes on a trochiform shape, characterized by its density and thickness, with each whorl slightly extending beyond the suture. It features wide, cave-like projections at the lower part of each whorl. The apex is not dull, and the body of the shell is marked by four spiral bands. The aperture is somewhat slanting and oval in shape, lacking any teeth on its edges. The operculum is oval. There is no umbilicus present.
