Description:
Colony structure is massive. Corallites are circular in shape and densely packed in shallow waters as well as more widely spaced in deeper regions. The septa are numerous, fine and evenly distributed with occasional less pronounced development of paliform lobes. The coloration varies and can be observed in pale gray, green, or brown tones, frequently with calices displaying a contrasting color.
