Description:
The carapace of this crab is square-shaped, and the chelipeds are at least three times the length of the carapace. Tympana (auditory organs) are present on all segments of the sternum. The fourth abdominal segment of the male is fringed with bristles. The crab is pinkish in color, with white chelipeds.
