Description:
The carapace of the crab is oval-shaped, smooth, deep, and strongly convex in the longitudinal direction. It has an H-shaped mark in the middle. In males, both chelipeds are equal in size, but in females, the left cheliped is larger than the right. The dorsal and ventral margins of the dactylus have spinules. The dactylus is long and styliform. The dorsal surface of the carapace and chelipeds is deep red, while the ventral surface and pereiopods are light yellow.
